Lucknow News: Coming from Delhi-Mumbai is not easy, seats in trains are full

Raebareli. The rush of devotees of Maha Kumbh in trains has ended just a few days ago. Now during Holi, the rush will be seen in trains again. People living in other states for jobs or work want to return to their homes. That is why they are making reservations in advance. Seats in all trains are full. It is not possible to get confirmed tickets not only in trains coming from Delhi and Mumbai, but also in trains coming from Punjab and Bihar.

Many people of the district work in states like Delhi, Mumbai, Bihar, Punjab etc. They return home on major festivals. They will also come to celebrate Holi, the festival of colours. The crowd of people coming to celebrate the festival will start from March 10. The crowd can be estimated from the fact that seats in all trains are full. It will not be easy to return home due to the crowd in trains.

Trains coming from Delhi include Padmavat Express, Kashi Vishwanath Express, Nilanchal Express. Currently, the waiting list in Padmavat Express is more than 75 till March 10. After this, it was 120 on March 11, 205 on March 12 and 122 on March 13. Kashi Vishwanath Express has more than 50 waiting lists till March 13. Nilanchal Express, which runs three days a week, also has more than 40 waiting lists.

Waiting in Punjab Mail coming from Amritsar has crossed 150 on 10th March, while on other days there is more than 100 waiting. Waiting in Punjab Mail coming from Howrah is more than 50. Waiting in Archana Express running from Patna twice a week has reached 150. Waiting in Udyog Nagari Express running twice a week from Mumbai is more than 75.

Waiting is more than 75 in Bhopal-Pratapgarh Express which runs three days a week. Confirmed tickets are not available in any train. Those who have waitlisted also have little hope of getting a seat. Station Superintendent Ravi Ranjan said that seats are full in all trains. A decision has been taken to run two special trains between Katra and Varanasi. It is expected that special trains will run on other routes as well. This will provide relief to passengers.
