Uchhauliya. The body of a woman was found hanging in her room in Senda village of the police station area late Saturday evening.
Jitendra, a resident of village Senda, lives separately from his family in another house with his two children and wife Manu. On Saturday evening around 7 o’clock, the body of his 35-year-old wife Manu was found hanging from a noose in a room of the house. When her husband Jitendra, who had gone to irrigate the field, got the information, he came running home.
On receiving the news, Manu’s father and brother also came from her maternal home in Sitapur. The police have filled the Panchnama and sent the body for postmortem. Jitendra was married around 12 years ago. He has two children, in which a three-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl.
Inspector in charge Manish Kumar Singh said that Jitendra’s wife Manu had sold mustard. There was some dispute between the two regarding this matter. The complaint has not been received yet. Action will be taken on the basis of the postmortem report
