Sareni (Raebareli). The body of a young man who drowned in the Ganga while bathing near an under-construction bridge near Sardarganj on Thursday afternoon was found after 22 hours. According to Champu alias Ram Prakash, a resident of Mallahi Majra Ralpur village, his son Aman Kumar (20) drowned while bathing near an under-construction bridge at around 2 pm. Divers and SDRF searched but could not find him. On Friday, SDRF started searching for the young man again. Aman’s body was found 20 meters away from the incident spot. The family members are inconsolable due to the young man’s death.
