Manpur (Sitapur). In Talgaon police station area, while trying to save a teenager learning to ride a bicycle, a bike went out of control and collided with him. The bike rider died in the accident. The teenager was also injured.
Srichandra (35), a resident of Shankarpur Tyola in Talgaon police station area, had gone to Talgaon by bike. He was in the tent business. He was returning from Talgaon at around 7 pm on Sunday evening. As soon as he crossed the Sharda Sahayak Canal and reached near Parsandi Purva, a teenager learning to ride a bicycle suddenly appeared in front of him.
While trying to save the teenager, the bike went out of control and collided with the bicycle due to which Shrichandra was seriously injured. He was sent to Parsandi Health Center by ambulance. From there he was referred to the district hospital. The doctors of the district hospital referred him to the Trauma Center Lucknow. He died on Monday during treatment there. The body reached the village late in the evening after post-mortem.

The family members said that Shrichandra had told his children that he would return soon. The accident happened late Sunday evening. His elder son is Ashish (14) and younger son is Ayush (6). Wife Preeti Devi is unconscious since the accident. The wait of both the children will never end now.
