Talgram. Seven people from one side were injured in a fight on February 6 over a land dispute in the village. The police had taken action against five people including four from the other side for disturbing the peace. A woman from the other side has complained to the SP accusing the people from the injured side of setting fire to her hut. The police is investigating the matter.
Seven members of Gandharv Singh’s family were injured in a dispute during interlocking in the street of Tisoli village. Three injured were also referred. On the other hand, Guddi, a woman from the other side, said that on the night of February 7, two people came and started abusing her. When she protested, they set the hut on fire. All the household goods and cattle were burnt. The woman alleges that the opposition people also beat her husband, son and nephews three days ago. Police station in-charge Shashikant Kanaujia says that at the time of the dispute, Mahadev, Sachin, Shyam Kumar, Bablu from one side and Neeraj from the other side were arrested and action was taken for disturbing the peace. The case of setting the hut on fire is being investigated.
