Maholi (Sitapur). On Tuesday, a tractor-trolley loaded with soil went out of control and fell into a deep pit in Malhapur village. The driver died in the accident. Prem (32), a resident of village Ramapur of Lakhimpur Kheri police station Pasigawan, was going from Raghunathpur village to a brick kiln in Baragaon with soil filled in the tractor-trolley.
As soon as the tractor-trolley reached near the big canal near Malhapur village falling in the Baragaon police station area, it went out of control and fell into a deep pit on the side of the road. The tractor driver tried to save his life by jumping. He came under the wheels of the tractor. He died on the spot. Inspector Vinod Mishra said that the body has been sent for post-mortem.
