Two people died in an accident in Imaliya police station area of Sitapur district. There have been deaths in accidents in the past as well at the place where the accident took place.
A bike coming from Kasta towards Sitapur near the Nauwa Ambarpur turn of Tihar police post of Imalia Sultanpur police station area of Sitapur district lost control and collided with a tree on the side of the road. Two people died on the spot in the accident.
The Imalia Sultanpur police station reached the spot and took both the bodies into custody and sent them for postmortem. On receiving information about the accident, the family members who reached the spot told that the deceased Ashok Kumar (37) son of Keshav Kumar, resident of village Pipariya Andu, police station Fardhan, district Lakhimpur had come to attend the wedding of his niece’s brother-in-law at Pachdevra, police station Mitauli, district Lakhimpur on 3/03/25.
