Nasirabad (Raebareli). Police has arrested Shailendra Kumar who attacked Salon MLA and vandalized his car. The accused is the brother of the national president of Bhim Yuva Sangathan.
On 11 August 2024, a youth was shot dead in Pichwaria village. On 12 August, people were protesting by placing the dead body at Pichwaria intersection under the leadership of the National President of Bhim Yuva Sangathan. On receiving the information, BJP MLA Ashok Kumar reached Pichwaria intersection to convince the people and console the family members.
Meanwhile, 60 people including Devendra Bhimraj, a resident of Khairna in the Fursatganj police station area of Amethi district, the district president of the Pasi community Deshraj Pasi, Bhim Saroj, a resident of Bhainapur, Kolwa head Shyampasi, Lalji Pasi, Manoj Pasi, Shivlal Pasi, a resident of Pure Rani, attacked the MLA and broke the glass of his car.A case was registered in Nasirabad police station on the complaint of the MLA’s driver Umesh Pratap Singh. Police station in-charge Kamlesh Kumar said that Shailendra Kumar, resident of Khairhana police station Fursatganj district Amethi has been arrested and sent to jail.
