Belrayan. Shivling was installed in the Shiv temple located in Forest Colony on Wednesday with Vedic chanting. On this occasion, devotees took out a grand procession.
Here, the host Amit Kumar Agarwal and his wife Sadhana Agarwal applied paste on the Shivling and bathed it with Ganga water. The temple priests Pt. Birendra Kumar Dixit and Akhilesh Kumar Shukla performed the worship with Vedic mantras. Later, the devotees took out a Bhakt Shobha Yatra. The Shobha Yatra was taken out on the routes of five temples including the ancient Shribhrityharinath Shiv Mandir of Belrayan, Railway Road Shiv Mandir, Kleshaharan.
Later, returning to the temple, the Shivalinga was consecrated. After the havan-puja, a huge feast was organized. Hundreds of devotees took prasad in it. On this occasion, many people including the Pradhan representative of Gram Panchayat Bhidori, Dhruv Verma, Amit Agarwal, Ramashankar Pandey, Rajneesh Rajput, Santosh Tomar, Deshraj Verma and Ranger Bhupendra Singh of Range Belrayaan were present.
