Lucknow News: Oxygen supply restored on 300 beds

Raebareli. The oxygen plant installed in the district hospital has started producing oxygen. Oxygen supply has also been restored on all 300 beds. This has brought relief to the patients. Till now, patients were being given oxygen on the basis of oxygen cylinders. Regarding this problem, Amar Ujala had published a news in its Sunday edition titled Oxygen plant shut down in the district hospital.

After the problem of oxygen in the district during the Corona period, an oxygen plant with a capacity of 1000 liters per minute was installed in the district hospital. Oxygen was being supplied directly from this plant to all 300 beds as well as the beds of the Pediatric ICU. This plant was shut down for the last three months.

Apart from this, a new plant of 10 KLD capacity was also installed at a cost of more than seven lakh rupees, but this plant has not been started yet. Taking the problem seriously, Amar Ujala published the news on Sunday. Oxygen supply was restored on all beds on Sunday. Patients have got relief after the plant was repaired.

Chief Medical Superintendent Dr. Pradeep Aggarwal said that after repairs, the plant has been made operational at full capacity. Oxygen is being given to patients on their beds. The new plant will also be started soon.
