Bachhrawan (Raebareli). A sensation spread in the Kotwali area on Monday morning when the body of a young man who had gone to his in-laws’ house was found on the roadside. The local people have suspected the youth to be murdered. No injury marks were found on the youth’s body. The police is investigating the incident.
Maikoolal (45) son of Chhotelal, a resident of Bagahi village in Bachhrawan Kotwali area, was married to Ramdulari of Malhipur village. According to Ramdulari, she was staying at her maternal home for some days. Her husband came to his in-laws’ house at 9 pm on Sunday night. He left for home shortly after. In the morning, it was learnt that he had died.
When the police reached the spot, the husband’s body was lying on the roadside. Maikoolal’s death has caused grief and sorrow among his wife and other family members. According to Kotwali in-charge Pankaj Kumar Tyagi, the deceased Maikoolal was having some dispute with his wife. He had gone to his in-laws’ house at night to bring his wife home. When his wife did not come, he left for home alone. The real reason behind the young man’s death will be revealed after the post-mortem report arrives.
